Sliding scale may be available for Self-Pay/Out-of-Network clients: $60-$185

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation of your appointment is required at least 24 hours in advanced, unless there is a medical or family emergency. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend an appointment results in a $85 fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations and/or no-shows may result in discontinuation of services.
